Lip balms are made with oils and organic raw mango butter that is temperature sensitive. Please keep in mind when ordering during summer months. No packaging has passed the test of the extreme temperatures in the summer as of now, but we will continue to search for the perfect packaging.

Lotion bars, lip balms and butters are “heat sensitive”. In the summer time they may melt in shipping depending on your region. If your area is HOT you may consider not ordering lip balm until the weather cools. We will not be responsible for product that is melted in shipment, this will be solely at the discretion of the purchaser.
