Skincare & Beauty Products Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all customers, all skincare, body care, and beauty product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on skincare products once they have been purchased.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mmcp330@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will make it right.

Devices & Tools Faulty device returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at mmcp330@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Insurance We strongly recommend adding Shipping Insuranceto your order to protect against loss or damage in transit. Insured orders are eligible for a guaranteed reship at no additional cost.
